Dial *123*1234# on your registered mobile number and follow the prompts to register using your ID number.

You'll receive:

  • Confirmation email with your unique Member Code
  • SMS notification on your phone
  • Access credentials for the AGM portal

How to Vote via USSD

After Login, Select Option 1

Choose "AGM Resolutions" from the main menu

Choose a Resolution

Select the resolution you want to vote on

Select Your Vote

Choose: 1. For | 2. Against | 3. Abstain

Confirmation

You'll receive: "Vote recorded. Shares counted: [quantity]"

Note: Your voting power equals your share quantity. Each share = one vote.

Sample Resolutions

  • 1. Approve Financial Statements
  • 2. Elect Directors

  • 4. Approve Dividend Payment

Voting closes 24 hours before the AGM

Check Dividends

Via USSD:

After login, select Option 2 (Check Dividends)

You'll be directed to the website for detailed dividend information

Via Web App:

Login and navigate to "Dividend Records"

View: Unclaimed dividends, payment history, upcoming dates

Update Records

Via USSD:

After login, select Option 3 (Update Records)

You'll be directed to update via the web portal

Via Web App:

Login and go to "My Profile" to update:
