Dial *123*1234# on your registered mobile number and follow the prompts to register using your ID number.

  • Confirmation email with your unique Member Code

How to Vote via USSD

After Login, Select Option 1

Choose "AGM Resolutions" from the main menu

Choose a Resolution

Select the resolution you want to vote on (e.g., "1. Approve Financial Statements")

Select Your Vote

Choose: 1. For | 2. Against | 3. Abstain

Confirmation

You'll receive: "Vote recorded. Shares counted: [quantity]"

Note: Your voting power equals your share quantity. Each share = one vote.

Update Records

After login, select Option 3 (Update Records)

You'll be directed to update your information via the web portal
